01Step One
Slip the Sweaty Band over your head like a necklace.
02Step Two
Sweep hair back and push the Sweaty Band upwards.
03Step Three
Adjust the band from your forehead to right along your hairline where it fits snugly with no gaps.

For best results, we recommend hand washing and drip drying your Sweaty Bands. Many of our customers share the different ways they clean their Sweaty Bands and here's one easy tip that we hear all the time - Simply wear it in the shower and then hang it on a hook to dry!
