Shipping + Returns
We strive to get all orders out the door within 24-48 hours of processing, because waiting for Sweaty Bands is never as fun as wearing Sweaty Bands. If you’re in a pinch, expedited shipping options are also available—simply select at checkout and we will fulfill same day (for all orders received prior to 1pm EST).
Once an order has been shipped, you can look forward to a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking details, which will also be visible in your Account Dashboard. Please reference these details anytime to check up on the status of your package!
If you have any special order requests, please let us know—we encourage you to utilize the comments section anytime, send us emails, and give us calls (we’ll be in the office to answer 9-5, M-F). Your happiness is our ultimate goal, so we are always eager to do anything we can to make this process great for you!
Returns + Exchanges
Return policies aren’t any fun, but being nice is! We handle all returns + exchanges on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of making you completely happy with every Sweaty Bands purchase. We promise to always try our hardest to take care of you fairly and reasonably, in the hopes that you are fair and reasonable with us.

With the following information: Your name, your email address or phone number, your mailing address, your order number (if applicable), the reason for your return, and your exchange requests (if any). We’ll follow up with you once it arrives!
Free Shipping Everyday*
All domestic direct to consumer orders of $75 or more (prior to tax and shipping charges) are eligible for free standard shipping at checkout. For Retail Partner orders, domestic purchases of $300 or more (prior to tax and shipping charges) are eligible for free standard shipping. Must select "Standard - $0.00" at checkout to receive offer. If that option does not show immediately, log out of your account, log back in, and try again. Not valid on international shipments (orders shipped outside of the United States), custom Sweaty Bands, or previous purchases.
