FAQWhat is a Sweaty Band?Sweaty Bands are the hottest fitness accessory on the planet!!! Its simple design is lightweight, but provides heavy duty hold. How do I wear a Sweaty Band? Just like any other headband, the only difference is Sweaty Bands won't slip!!! We recommend pulling the band completely over your head so it rests on your neck like a a necklace, elastic at the back of your head. Pull the band up towards your hairline and tuck the sides behind your ears. Adjust the band to a place where it fits snuggly; some people find it works best close to their foreheads, others can wear it further back. Then shake your head, jump around, go workout. No worries, your Sweaty Band will be right where you left it!!! How do I wash my Sweaty Bands?The best way to care for your Sweaty Band is to hand wash and drip dry. No matter what you do, please NEVER put your Sweaty in the dryer.
Can I order custom made Sweaty Bands? We can have custom made material designed for anyone. Some of our favorite bands have been custom made for gyms, stores and team. If it's during office hours, call us at (513) 871-1222. We can easily fix a shipping address or change a band in your order. If we don't make it to the phone, please leave us a message. Another great way to reach us to correct an issue is by emailing your problem to customerservice@sweatybands.com. We ship everyday of the week but Sunday, so the sooner we know about the problem the easier it is to fix your order and send your new Sweatys!!! What do I do if I need to return or exchange a Sweaty Band? We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you ever have an issue, PLEASE let us know about it. We encourage customers to fill out our Return/Exchange Form describing the reason for their return or exchange.
