What are they? They're Sweaty Bands made for smaller heads. We've found that they fit the head's of 3 to 4 year old's all the way up to 6 year old's. Really any petite-sized head. Don't confuse it as a chlidren's-only Sweaty Band because there are adults who wear this size.
