WINNER - September Photo Contest - Paula O'Neill, Tallahassee, FL
 Well we now know this is Paula from FL wearing the pink "You Can't Hide" Sweaty Band!
Do you recognize the man?! Yes, that's President Jimmy Carter.
Paula ran in the Plains, GA Peanut Festival Road Race and won 1st Place in her age group! The result was a photo op with the Pres!

"My sweaty band kept my wild hair contained as I accepted my first place award from PresidentJimmy Carter at the annual Plains Peanut Festival in Plains, Georgia. My emotions were not contained, however!!!"
